What’s New at Courtside? Lots!

  • Renovations: We have now completed some exciting renovations . They include in a new 3,500 square foot training centre which includes a work hardening facility, as well as 3,500 square feet of clinical office space. Further, the facility we are located in, formerly the Regina Court and Fitness Club, has completed a 2 million dollar renovation which will house a new Gold’s Gym as Courtside’s neighbouring tenant.

  • Equipment: We have recently added new equipment including Precore upright and recumbent bikes, a Precore Functional Trainer, a Shuttle MVP Pro, and we’ve built a new core training studio. We have also purchased an Automated External Defibrillator to have onsite.

  • Programs: We are pleased to provide “Post Rehabilitation” programs supervised by Exercise Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Massage Therapists. Courtside’s staff are involved with local professional and amateur football, hockey, ice skating, ball, soccer, running, and badminton groups.

We provide rehabilitation programs designed specifically for private clients, injured workers, individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents, and insurance company sponsored clients.

We supply the expertise and tools for rehabilitation and motivate the client to use these tools to help themselves.
